I just got a whole-house water filtration/softening/reverse osmosis system installed in my new home. Two installers arrived at my house promptly and explained exactly what they were going to do. After completing the job at the promised completion time, they provided an in-depth explanation of the system. The installers were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The installation was done neatly and professionally, and they cleaned up afterwards. The sales manager, Scot, followed up after the installation to ensure I was satisfied. I purchased a home purification system and alkalizing Reverse Osmosis machine for our household and for those of my two (adult) children who live nearby. McCowin water has been wonderful to work with! Brian, in particular is always very responsive, timely and organized. I love this guy. He’s been handling my water filtration at home and work for years. Our office just moved last month and he came right out and de-installed our filtered water and took it out and sanitized it all and then re-installed it at our new location right away. I forgot to tell him the Landlord wanted copper piping. He installed poly (which is better in my opinion) and I had to call him to come back out because I had forgotten to check and the Landlord does insist on copper. He came right back out.
